• Client Data: Company details, contact persons, billing information, tax IDs.
• Candidate/Employee Data (for EOR & Staffing): Full name, passport/ID details, tax identification numbers, bank account details, employment history, educational background, biometric data (if required for local KYC/verification via third parties like Veriff).
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device IDs, usage data, cookies.

For EU data subjects, we process personal data based on:

• Contractual Necessity: To perform our EOR, staffing, or platform services.
• Legal Obligation: To comply with tax, labor, and AML/KYC laws in HK, EU, and KZ.
• Legitimate Interests: For network security, fraud prevention, and business administration.
• Consent: For marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

In compliance with the KZ Data Law:

• Consent: By using our services for Kazakhstani personnel, you confirm that all necessary consents for data processing have been obtained from the data subjects.
• Data Localization: We ensure that the primary database containing personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is recorded, systematized, and stored on physical servers located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, utilizing our local infrastructure or verified local partners.

As a Hong Kong entity serving global clients, we transfer data across borders.

• EU to HK/Other: Transfers from the EU are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
• HK to KZ/EU: Transfers are governed by internal data transfer agreements ensuring equivalent levels of protection.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Local EOR Partners & Entities: To fulfill employment and payroll obligations in specific jurisdictions (e.g., Kazakhstan).
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS/Azure), payment processors, KYC/AML verification providers.
• Legal & Tax Authorities: When required by law in HK, KZ, or the EU.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

• Client Data: Duration of the contract + 7 years (for tax/AML compliance).
• Employee/EOR Data: Duration of employment + statutory retention periods under local labor laws (e.g., up to 50 years for specific pension/labor records in KZ, 7 years for financial records in HK).

• Under PDPO (HK): You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
• Under GDPR (EU): You have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
• Under KZ Law: You have the right to withdraw consent, request blocking, or destruction of your data, and to apply to the authorized body (Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the RK).
